Restore Deeply is an immersive sound bath and guided meditation that carries you into the stillness of the forest. You lie down, close your eyes, and let go. Forest sounds surround you, crystal singing bowls move through the room, and soothing aromatherapy softens your senses into deep relaxation. Woven throughout is gentle energy healing that clears and restores your energy field, leaving you calm, balanced, and at peace. This is your space to release everything you have been carrying. To let go of what weighs on you, sink into truly restorative rest, and reconnect to your own inner peace and clarity.

Mary is a very talented healer and a beautiful spirit. My session with her was truly amazing. I had been having issues with my back seizing up every time I did anything strenuous...like shoveling snow or working in my garden. This had been a problem for years and I had just learned to live with it. My experience with Mary was the kind that remains with you for years and years. The kind you look back on & wonder if that is where you took your first confident steps towards something different. Mary worked with me during a psychic mediumship individual session, and then in a small group for a passed loved ones channeling. I have been thinking about what she said ever since & somehow all the bits and pieces from our session have fallen into place, becoming instruments of change.
